fix: move the logo into the page template
...
So that the logo can be styled with CSS classes, move it into the
`page.html.twig` template as the site logo uses an `img` HTML element
rather than an inline SVG.

around each field item.
This could later be replaced by Tailwind's aspect ratio plugin -
