Switch to rst Convert README.md to README.rst. This was done automatically using https://cloudconvert.com/md-to-rst, and gives some features like the table of contents for free. It also means that I can use tools like [rst2pdf](https://rst2pdf.org) to create exportable versions and handouts. GitHub also still renders it automatically too. :)
