Watching for changes and automatically regenerating

The easiest way to do this is using nodemon_::

    nodemon \
      --watch slides.rst \
      --watch *.style \
      --exec 'rst2pdf slides.rst --stylesheets main --break-level 1 --fit-background-mode scale'
